Beliefs and expectations impacting lifestyle choices for cognitive health maintenance

How beliefs and expectations about age-related change, and personal awareness of age-related change, relate to lifestyle and behaviour choices relevant to maintaining cognitive health in the 55–57 age group. Data from the ARC Centre of Excellence Population Ageing Research National survey on cognitive health includes measures of attitudes towards ageing and will be analysed.
