Evaluate models of peer mentoring and individual goal setting for sedentary older adults with memory complaints (the INDIGO study)

The INDIGO trial investigates whether individual goal setting (the approach used was developed by CII in the UK) and peer mentoring from active same-aged community members can improve physical activity levels of non-demented sedentary older adults (60 years and older) with memory complaints. During the CRE duration we aim to conduct a long-term follow up of INDIGO participants 12 months after their last follow-up.
